What the Service does

You Love Style analyses the photos you upload and generates a personal style guide: a colour palette, silhouette advice, a capsule wardrobe, ready-made looks and search links to marketplaces. Some features are free, others require a paid plan.

Your account

You need to be at least 16 years old to use the Service. Keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Plans, payments and cancellation

The Free plan has the limits shown on the Pricing page. Plus and Pro are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Your photos and content

You keep all rights to the photos you upload. You give us permission to process them solely to provide the Service: analyse them, generate try-ons and illustrations, and show the results to you. We do not sell your photos and do not use them to train models.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who have given you permission. Do not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or guardian. You can delete your photos and guides at any time in Settings.

AI-generated recommendations

Style guides are produced by an AI model and are suggestions, not professional advice. They may be inaccurate, incomplete or not to your taste. The Service does not evaluate your appearance, health or body, and does not provide medical, dietary or psychological advice. Always check sizes, materials and prices with the seller before buying.

Marketplace links

Search links and product examples lead to third-party websites that we do not control. Some links are affiliate links: if you buy, we may earn a commission — the price for you does not change. Purchases, delivery and returns are governed by the seller’s terms.

Privacy

How we collect, use and store your data — including your photos — is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to harass anyone, to upload unlawful, sexual or violent content, to reverse-engineer or overload the Service, or to resell access. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Intellectual property

The Service, its design, texts and software belong to us or our licensors. The guides generated for you are yours to use for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect losses, purchase decisions made on the basis of recommendations, or unavailability of third-party marketplaces. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or by email at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
