What we collect

Photos you upload to build a style guide, and the guides, looks and try-ons generated from them.

Account data: your email address and sign-in method (magic link, Apple, Google or Yandex), your plan and payment status. We never see your full card number — payments are processed by our payment provider.

Your style profile and settings: presentation, sizes, budget, region, language, occasions you chose and pieces you marked as owned.

Anonymous usage analytics: which screens you open and which actions you take, without photos, names or message text. In the EU and UK analytics run only with your consent.

How we use it

To provide the Service: analyse your photos, generate the guide, illustrations and try-ons, answer your questions in the stylist chat and find pieces in stores of your region.

To run your account and subscription, send service emails (sign-in links, receipts, important changes) and respond to support requests.

To understand how the Service is used and improve it. We do not sell your data and do not show third-party advertising.

AI processing

Photos, your style profile and chat messages are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI) to generate results. Requests are processed under a data-processing agreement, are not stored by the provider beyond the request and are not used to train its models. We do not use your photos to train models either.

Marketplaces and links

When you open a product or search link you leave our site; the store’s own privacy policy applies. Affiliate parameters in links let the store know the visit came from us — they do not contain your personal data.

Where data lives and for how long

On the Free plan photos and guides are stored in your browser and never leave your device except for the generation request. On paid plans they are stored in your account so you can open them on any device.

Account data is kept while your account is active. Delete your guides and photos at any time in Settings; request deletion of your account by email and we will remove it within 30 days. Analytics data is anonymous and kept in aggregated form.

Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your language and consent choice, plus analytics cookies where you allowed them. You can withdraw consent in Settings at any time.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete it or object to processing by writing to support@youlovestyle.com. If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you also have the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

Children

The Service is for people aged 16 and over. Do not upload photos of minors unless you are their parent or guardian.
